The Brunswick 40 by Fears is a hand-built British watch that blends elegance with sporty functionality, inspired by a vintage cushion case design from 1924. Crafted from 316L stainless steel in Hong Kong to a high standard, its 40mm cushion-shaped case features a polished finish with hand-grained corners. The bespoke ‘onion’-shaped crown adds a touch of radiance, while ensuring water resistance up to 150m when fully screwed in.
The Brunswick 40 Silver model showcases an Opaline Silver dial with a bright finish achieved through a coating of pure silver. Made in Germany, the dial features micro-guilloché on the central lower section and a frosted Opaline finish on the raised outer section. The ‘Edwin’ numerals in black gold and ‘Fears’-shaped hands in solid brass offer excellent legibility, with a red-painted seconds hand for enhanced visibility.
Powering the watch is a Swiss-made ETA 2824-2 automatic movement, modified for precision time-setting without a date function. It’s housed behind a closed case back featuring a decorated winding rotor. The Brunswick 40 comes with a bespoke stainless steel bracelet and a trigger-release butterfly clasp, designed for comfort and adjustability.
Each watch is individually numbered and presented in a bespoke Fears Blue stained English Ash box, lined with genuine cream suede, continuing a traditional presentation that reflects Fears' heritage.
